Fender primarily makes two types of Telecaster bridges: The vintage four hole mount, sometimes called and Ashtray bridge, and the modern three hole mount, which is often used on American made Tele's (but not always). The vintage bridges usually have three saddles, and the modern bridges have solid metal block saddles.
